Meet The Coaches
Coach Nidra Bailey
Program Director
Nidra is a wife, mother of 3, licensed GA Realtor, and Spelman College graduate. As a seasoned coach and a former competitive gymnast; Nidra understands the commitment, challenges, and joys of gymnastics.
Nidra has coached in Georgia for over 15 years, with experience coaching cheer, recreational gymnastics, competitive levels USAG 3-10, and Xcel Silver through Diamond.
Nidra is a passionate, enthusiastic coach with goals of developing strong basics and good habits! She hopes to inspire personal growth, instill a love for gymnastics, and build confident, successful individuals.

Coach Jenn Sneed
Optional Team Head Coach
Jenn is a former competitive gymnast that has coached gymnastics for 20 years. In 2016, Jenn received a bachelors degree in finance from Georgia State University. She has participated in numerous camps and clinics around the country. She was awarded 'coach of the day' by Mary Lee Tracy at the W300 Women's Junior Olympic Course at the National Training Center in Texas. Throughout her coaching career, Jenn has coached Xcel and levels 2-10. She has coached nationally ranked gymnasts, nationally ranked teams, and collegiate gymnasts. Jenn specializes in helping gymnasts overcome fear, creating unique games and contests to motivate athletes, and producing gymnasts with great form and technique.

Coach Amber Stone
Women's Team Coach
Amber fell in love with gymnastics at the age of 5 when she joined a local recreational center program. She became an accomplished competitive gymnast, dancer and cheerleader through years of training.
Amber has been coaching for the past 15 years starting with early developmental and moving into developmental, compulsory USAG 1-5, Xcel Bronze - Diamond, competitive dance and high school gymnastics teams.

Amber's enthusiastic coaching focuses on continual growth by consistently developing basic skills, form and technique while encouraging a positive, confident and creative attitude.

Amber is an Atlanta native and spends her personal time with her husband and her dog (McKenna), who was actually named by one of her level 3 teams.

Coach Keon Kelly
Women's & Men's Team Coach
Keon grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in March 2021. He is a former cheerleader with experience in Allstar and stomp and shake. After receiving his degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Fitness and Wellness from North Carolina Central University in 2017, he began an internship coaching gymnastics.
Keon has been coaching for 8 years, starting as a recreational coach and quickly proving his talents to be far greater. He was given his own team in his second year of coaching and has worked with gymnasts from Bronze to Diamond, as well as Levels 6-8.
Keon has coached several girls to states, regionals, and nationals. His passion for the sport and love for children's development drive his coaching.

Coach Nashawn Pugh
Women's Team Coach
​With nearly 15 years of coaching experience, Shawn has had the privilege of working with athletes at every level- from preschool recreational classes to Optional competitive gymnasts. Many consider Shawn a professional spotter, always keeping athletes safe and building proper shapes and technique. Shawn's favorite part of coaching is helping gymnasts build the confidence to perform skills on their own. There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing an athlete realize their own strength and ability for the first time. Coach Shawn is excited to bring his passion to the program and being a part of your gymnasts journey!

Coach Frederic Jean
Head Coach of the Men's Program
Frederic started gymnastics at the age of 14. He was recruited by one of the best coaches in the South West of France, Jean Louis Blanc . After 1 year of training, he ended up 12th at his first National competition and 6th after his second year.
At 18 years old, Frederic went to train with the French National Team to prepare for the Olympics.
After almost 2 years, Frederic competed in his next National competition. Frederic ended up winning many medals and was sought after to come back to the National Training Center. Instead, he chose to sign a 2 year contract with the Cirque du Soleil. He performed in the show IRIS, in Hollywood California.
Now Frederic is coaching the Boys Team at Cobb Challengers Gymnastics, while doing stunt work and acting for tv shows and movies like The Walking Dead, Cobra Kai and Civil War, to name a few.

Coach Keegan
Head Coach of the Men's Program
Keegan has been coaching for 10 years and has developed successful athletes at the State, Regional, and National level. He is most passionate about helping to cultivate a high caliber of gymnasts.
